| 2 | | Eunice May Harrison Obit Funeral service for Eunice May Harrison, 90, of Lawton will be at 2:30 on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Eversole, District Moderator of Bible Missionary Church, Duncan, Oklahoma officiating. Mrs. Harrison died on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 in Lawton. Burial will be at Flowermound Cemetery, Lawton, Oklahoma. There will be a special viewing and visitation for family and friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 20, 2009 at the funeral home. Eunice was born on December 10, 1918 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Roe and Mattie Belle (Biryd) Boice. She grew up in Lawton and worked in the ship yards. She married Joe Harrison in 1947 in Lawton. He preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Helen Crose, and Ellen Byers, both of Lawton; her grandchildren, Vince and Ryan Ming, Dewayne and Stacey Hervey, Joe and Melissa Hervey, Baron Long, Little Tim Marshall, Tyson Marshall, and Tammy Hervey; her great grandchildren, Kariel and Keaton Ming, Madison White, Joe and Josh Hervey. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joe; and two daughters, Sherry Hervey and Marcia Marshall. | |

I just recently learned of the Hayes connection to the Harrison and Hennessee family when I located the family of my Great Great Grandmother Mary Hayes who married Archibald Hugh Hennessee. Because she was buried with hundreds of our family at Pecan Cemetery in my home town of Lawton, Oklahoma, I knew for about twenty years that her name was Mary but I didn’t know her last name was Hayes until just a few years ago. When I learned that the entire Hayes family is so essential to locating my other grandparents, I decided it was important to do quite a bit of research into the Hayes family. If you are a Harrison or Hennessee from Oklahoma…these Hayes are your Grandparents also. The following information was quoted from Wiseman Family and Allied Lines.
