  Marcia got the spelling of her name from Wilma Harrison. Wilma told Eunice that it looked prettier than "Marsha". Source: Wilma Harrison 2002 Marcia Marshall Obit Marcia A. Marshall, 53, of Rock Island, died Saturday, March 22, 2008, at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island. Visitation will be noon to service time. Memorials may be made to the family. Marcia was born Oct. 27, 1954, in Lawton, Okla., the daughter of Joe and Eunice Boyce Harrison. She married Tim Marshall, June 20, 1975, in Witchita Falls, Texas. She worked as a provider for Lighthouse Home Health Care for the last eight years. She loved reading and poetry. She is survived by her husband, Tim, Rock Island; sons and daughter-in-law, Tim and Ava Marshall II, Prosser, Wash., Tyson Marshall, Rock Island; mother, Eunice Harrison, Lawton; grandchildren, Gabe, Samantha, Chloei and Roman; sisters, Helen Crouse and Ellen Byers, both of Lawton. She was preceded in death by her father; and sister, Sherie.
